What do we treat?

We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions ranging from osteoarthritis to lower back pain and sports injuries.

Osteoarthritis

This is a painful condition that can often affect all joints in the body caused by age related change, but symptoms can be significantly improved through Physiotherapy input.

Lower back pain, sciatica and neck pain

These conditions are very common in the UK but this does not mean they are any less painful. Physiotherapy is a great tool to ensure a swift recovery.

Repetitive strains/posture related pain

These types of pain can be quite debilitating and may arise from repea and Physiotherapy can be useful not only to reduce the pain in the short term but to help to prevent the reoccurrence in the future.

Sports injuries

Sports injuries including minor sprains and strains up to ACL injuries require Physiotherapy input to recover well and ensure athletes return back to sport pain free.

Post Op Rehabiliation

Physiotherapy post surgery is essential to maximise any surgical benefits and ensure the body recovers to it's potential.

Chronic pain

People can suffer from pain for many years but that does not always have to be the case. Physiotherapy has been shown to improve quality of life and reduce pain levels.

Precision treatment. Proven results.
